Rahul Patel 9a1191ecf8 compose: add UpdatesScreen with pull-to-refresh ...

Renders the cached update list, exposes per-row update / cancel
actions, and supports the bulk Update-All header. Pull-to-refresh
triggers an expedited UpdateWorker check.
